these are very
reasonable requests for an amazon order that has not shipped with no estimated
ship date

there is no carrier assigned, no tracking number avaialble, no estimated ship
date, no estimated delivery date
the order has been in
process now for 4 days including today
the order is holding
funds against my credit card for 4 days now
i want the order
cancelled and funds released against my card
